Easy 'no shortening' Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cups oil
3/4 t. salt
2 T. sugar
1-2 T. cold milk or water

Mix together with a fork. Press directly into a pie plate. Trim and flute edges.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
