Tangy Pork Chops

4 1/2 inch thick pork chops
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 medium onions, chopped (Brian doesn't do the onion thing...so I have not tried this with onions... Sounds like an awful lot of onion!)
2-3 celery ribs, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
14 1/2 oz can of tomatoes
1/2 C ketchup
2 tbls cider vinegar
2 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls worcestershire sauce
1 tbls lemon juice
1 chicken (or beef) bouillon cube

Place chops in slow cooker and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add onions, celery, pepper and tomatoes.

In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegatables.

Cover. Cook on high 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.

Me again. This recipe looks SO GOOD. Stupid question, though: are the pork chops boneless?
