Buffalo Chicken Over Rice

Brian and I LOVE ordering buffalo wings as an appetizer when we go out and we totally figured out how to make it as a super simple full on meal!

3-4 chicken breasts
1 bottle of Frank's RedHot Original or Buffalo Cayenne Pepper Sauce
3-4 stalks of celery, sliced
ranch dressing (or blue cheese...whatever floats your boat)
Cooked White Rice

Add chicken to slow cooker and top it with the bottle of sauce. Cook on high 3 hours (it's done when the chicken easily shreds). Brian and I like to stir it up so all the chicken is shredded and combined in the sauce.

Layer it up. Add cooked rice to your plate and top it with the shredded chicken. Add some celery and drizzle with a little ranch.

Not very kid friendly, unless they like a lot of spice...but SO good!!
(Since Brian gets home so late from work...we do a lot of kid dinners and separate adult dinners. Sad, but true...)
