Tater Tot Casserole

My mom used to make this for me as a child and I loved it! I introduced it to my family with a Mexican twist and they ate it all...even my ultra picky two year old!! ;)

1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can diced green chilies
Taco seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Tater tots

Preheat oven to 350

Brown turkey.

In 9x13 pan mix in browned turkey, cream of chicken and diced green chilies (I didn't use the whole can...but do whatever sounds good!).

I also didn't measure out the seasoning, so season to taste with taco seasoning, salt and pepper.

Line the tater tots in rows on top of the meat mixture until the entire pan is covered.

Bake for about 45 minutes, until casserole bubbles and taters are browned.
