3 chicken breasts
Taco seasoning packet
salt and pepper
chili powder
1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced green chilies
6-7 corn tortillas, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
chop chicken into cubes, add to soup pot and cook in a little bit of water.
Season with taco packet, salt and pepper and chili powder, to taste.
Add all cans and bring to a boil.
Stir in corn tortillas.
Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese.
Let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
Serve over chips. Add avocado and sour cream on top.
