Jambalaya

3-4 chicken breasts
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 pound cooked shrimp
1 green pepper chopped
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp cajun seasoning

Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in crock pot. Cook on high 3-4 hours. 30 minutes before done, add cooked shrimp. Serve over white rice.
