Southwestern Soup

3 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can green chilies
2 tsp of diced garlic (I did heaping tsp)
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Drizzle of lime juice
Diced green pepper
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 cans chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on high 4 hours or until chicken shreds easily with a fork.

Serve with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese and chopped avocado.
