Tori's Banana Bread

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup yogurt (any flavor-I like using raspberry)
4 large over-ripe bananas

**Optional: Add chocolate chips and/or walnuts.

Heat oven to 350

Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Beat in oil, eggs and vanilla.
In a small bowl, stir soda into the yogurt, until the mixture bubbles.
Add yogurt mixture and mashed bananas to the main bowl and stir until combined.

Divide batter into two greased and floured loaf pans and bake for 45 min to 1 hour, until toothpick or knife comes out clean.
