Peanut Butter Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts, butterflied

In large bowl combine the following:

1/4 cup peanut butter
2 Tbls honey
soy sauce
lime juice
ginger
garlic
cilantro
red pepper flakes
chicken broth, add enough to thin the mixture out.

Add chicken to mixture. Let marinate for a couple of hours.

Dump chicken and marinade into pan and cook on med high until done. Serve over rice. Add soy sauce and/or teriyaki sauce to rice if desired.
